The Journey of Vien Duong Rice
We are fully dedicated to every single step — from the rice growing in the fields to the final fragrant grains — ensuring that every meal you enjoy is pure, consistent, and of the highest quality.
Harvest
Golden rice fields in the Mekong Delta are harvested at the optimal time. Only the healthiest, fullest grains are carefully selected from the very beginning.
Drying
Freshly harvested paddy is immediately transported to the factory for drying to reduce moisture, prevent mold, and preserve the natural flavor of new-season rice.
Hulling (Polishing)
The outer husk is removed to reveal brown rice, still retaining its nutritious bran layer.
White Polishing
The brown rice is gently milled to remove the bran layer, resulting in cleaner, naturally white grains.
Polishing
The rice is lightly polished to enhance its natural shine, visual appeal, and shelf life.
Grain and Broken Rice Separation
Each batch is carefully screened to separate broken grains and imperfect kernels, ensuring uniform quality in every package.
Color Separation
Advanced machinery precisely removes discolored, damaged, or impure grains, keeping only the cleanest and brightest ones.
Packaging
The finished rice is professionally packed in various sizes (from 1kg to 50kg), ready to be delivered with care from our factory to your kitchen.
