Harvest
Rice is harvested and carefully selected from the Mekong Delta region.
Drying
Rice is brought to the factory for drying to reduce moisture, ensuring grain quality and preventing mold.
Hulling (Polishing)
Dry rice is polished to remove the outer husk, producing a product that is white rice with the bran layer intact.
White Polishing
Rice is polished to remove the bran layer, creating white rice.
Polishing
White rice is polished to enhance brightness, improve appearance, and extend shelf life.
Grain and Broken Rice Separation
Rice is screened and classified to separate broken grains and substandard kernels, ensuring uniformity.
Color Separation
High-tech color separation systems remove discolored, black-striped, or impure grains, retaining only the highest quality rice.
Packaging
Finished rice is automatically packed in various sizes (from 1kg to 50kg), ready for distribution.
